Ingredients
1kgChicken12 pieces
1-½tspChili powder
1-½tspSaltleveled
1-½cupYogurt
1-½tspWhite cumin roasted and crushed
½cupOil
1tbspGarlic crushedheaped
Cooking Method
Marinate chicken with chili powder, salt, yogurt for 1 hour to blend flavors.
Now heat oil over medium flame.
Add crushed garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes or until slightly brown.
Add cumin with marinated chicken.
Cover and cook for 30-40 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Now add 1 cup of water if required.
Cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes or until oil comes on top.
